At Vitamins House, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
